J&K CM Omar Abdullah Launches ₹152 Crore Infrastructure Projects, Focuses on Quality and Timely Completion

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has launched development projects worth ₹152 crore, aiming to boost the region’s infrastructure and connectivity. The projects include road and bridge construction, with a focus on climate-resilient designs and proper drainage systems.

 

Abdullah emphasized the importance of timely completion and quality execution, directing agencies to prioritize public interest and maintain existing roads during ongoing works. He also stressed the need for coordinated efforts to expedite forest clearances and address procedural delays.

 

The projects are part of the government’s efforts to enhance connectivity, reduce traffic congestion, and promote sustainable development in Jammu and Kashmir.
