The Gandhi Global Family honoured Mr. Kiran Wattal with the prestigious Gandhi Seva Medal in a special felicitation ceremony held at Hotel The Persian Grill, Srinagar.
Mr. Wattal received the award from Mr. S.P. Verma, Vice President of Gandhi Global Family, in the presence of prominent members of the organization. The honour was bestowed in recognition of Mr. Wattal’s outstanding contribution to community welfare through his impactful initiative "Operation Sindoor”, which embodies the spirit of Gandhian service and humanitarian values.
Several dignitaries and civil society members attended the event and lauded Mr. Wattal’s consistent efforts in promoting peace, social harmony, and civic responsibility. The Gandhi Seva Medal is a mark of appreciation for individuals who selflessly serve society and uphold the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks and a collective call to further Gandhian values in public life.
