*”Upholding Integrity and Professionalism: Chief Secretary’s Key Message to Trainee Officers”*

 

 

Srinagar, July 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (J&K IMPARD) marked the successful culmination of a six-week Joint Foundation Training Course for the 2023 batch of J&K Administrative, Police, and Accounts Services with a valedictory function. Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo was the chief guest, while Commissioner Secretary GAD M Raju was the guest of honor on the occasion.

 

Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo emphasized the importance of integrity and professionalism in the officers’ future roles, urging them to deliver justice transparently and responsively to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He encouraged the trainee officers to work with dedication and zeal, becoming effective leaders in all administrative situations.

 

The training course included a comprehensive program on meditation and yoga, conducted in collaboration with the Art of Living Foundation, to help trainees stay focused and motivated. Director J&K IMPARD Rehana Batul congratulated the trainee officers on successfully completing the course, expressing hope that it would significantly contribute to shaping their professional careers.

 

The ceremony was attended by senior officials, including Financial Advisor Darshan Lal, Faculty and In-charge Trainings Jammu Dr. Reva Sharma, and Faculty and In-charge Trainings Srinagar Dr. Jahan Ara. Dr. Jahan Ara presented an overview of the course, detailing the methodology followed and learning outcomes achieved, while Dr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Course Coordinator, presented a vote of thanks.
